How Can I Get Repair or Service for My Lumiscope Product?
Lumiscope performs warranty and out-of-warranty repair through our service department in East Rutherford. If your Lumiscope product requires repair, please ship the product via U.S. Registered Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS) to:

Please enclose the following information with your returned product:
Your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. It
is very important that we have this information to ensure we return
the product to you properly, and in case we need to contact you
about your repair. Missing or incorrect contact information could
result in a delay in getting your product back to you.
If your product is still under warranty, please enclosed a
dated copy of the proof of purchase, plus a money order or certified
check for $15.00 to cover the cost of return shipping.
For products not under warrantyer warranty, please remit $20.00
by money order or certified check to cover the standard repair cost,
and return shipping.
A brief note describing the problem you are experiencing with the
product.
For non-warranted repairs, if the cost of the repair
(including parts and labor) exceeds $20.00, we will contact you to
explain the additional costs. You will have the option of approving
the additional charges, or we will return the unit to you with your
money order or certified check. Additional repair costs must be paid
via Visa or Mastercard.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for
your product to be repaired and returned to you.

no longer maintains facilities at our old 400 Raritan Center, 122
Tices Lane or 1035 Centennial Avenue addresses. These addresses may be found as the service department location in older
instruction manuals. Please only remit product for repair to the 33-49 Whelan Road location.
